Code of Ethics & Conduct
Getting business done is not enough; we must do the right thing.
Revision 01 · 14 March 2026
Acoplin's mission is to design, develop, manufacture, sell, distribute, import and export products with the utmost rigor in quality and safety. Our reputation is our most valuable asset — built not only on the quality of the products we deliver, but on the integrity and ethical behavior of every person who represents us.
This Code sets out the guidelines that steer our daily actions and decisions. It applies to every level of the organization — management, leaders, employees, interns — and to all business partners, suppliers and service providers acting on behalf of, or together with, the company.
Scope and formal commitment
This Code applies throughout the organization and must be observed by every level of Acoplin, as well as by business partners, suppliers and service providers acting on its behalf. To formalize the commitment, everyone must read, understand and sign the Acknowledgement and Commitment Form, which is filed at the company's head office for the whole duration of the relationship and kept for the legal period of five years after it ends. Annual refresher training on the ethical requirements of this Code is mandatory.
